About the Role:

Securecorp is seeking motivated Security Officers to join our team across Retail sites in Hornsby. In this role, you will deliver high-quality security services while providing exceptional customer service and responding effectively to incidents and emergencies. Opportunities are available permanent casual reliving basis, with flexible rostering to suit a variety of availability preferences.

We are seeking candidates who can commit to permanent reliever casual contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-level security services with a strong customer service focusConduct guarding, patrolling, and monitoring of premisesManage site access control systems and ensure safety complianceRespond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergenciesIdentify, assess, and mitigate potential security risksComplete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records

Skills & Experience

Current NSW Security Licence (including Crowd Controller component)Current First Aid & CPR certificationPrevious experience within the security industry Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional presentation with a proactive and reliable attitude
