Hi-Tec Oils is a proudly Australian-owned company with our head office based in Sydney and operations spanning the country. Due to continued business growth, we are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Manager to join our South Australian team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional with experience in the lubricant, manufacturing, heavy equipment or industrial sectors to represent a trusted brand and drive sales success across Adelaide Metro and West Coast Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow commercial, industrial, and automotive sales channels

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support, fostering long-term client relationships

• Prepare and assist with tender submissions and proposals

• Represent the company professionally during client visits and site meetings

• Undertake occasional regional travel

• Developing and executing a territory growth strategy.

• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers across a range of industries.

• Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Build an active sales pipeline and providing regular activity reporting.

• Representing the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

• Working independently while collaborating closely with the national sales team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven success in business development and new account acquisition.

• Experience managing a customer base or territory.

• Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
