ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Casual Retail Assistant at Reebok Moorabbin, your role is to provide excellent customer service by helping shoppers find the right products and ensuring they have a positive in-store experience. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organised store, processing sales at the register, promoting current offers, and supporting your team to meet sales targets.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and general enquiries
• Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service
• Operating the point of sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
• Replenishing stock and maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Keeping the store clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times
• Promoting in-store offers and loyalty programs to drive sales
