About the role

• Deliver high – quality care and education to children
• Assist in implementing engaging, play based training programs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hygiene environment for all children
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families and team members
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards

About you

• Completed ACECQA approved Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Working with Children Check
• Child Protection and Child Safety qualification
• Health assessments and fitness requirements
• Current HLTAID012 First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
• Sound oral and written communication skills with a customer focus, including communication with children, parents and dealing with enquires from the wider community.
• Sound knowledge of child development and demonstrated experience of providing high quality care and education for children up to the age of 5 years.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a customer service focus, including communication with children, parents and inquiries from the wider community.
• Valid, unrestricted working rights within Australia
