Due to growing demand across our civil construction programs, we are looking for experienced operators and industry professionals to join our Hallam team as Trainer/Assessors.

• Deliver civil construction training and assessments (plant operations, tickets and short courses)
• Pass on your knowledge to the next generation of workers

What we’re looking for

• Strong civil construction experience (plant operation, site work, or related fields)
• Tickets and experience across machinery such as excavators, skid steers, loaders or rollers highly regarded
• A safety-first mindset and understanding of site standards and compliance
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with people from all backgrounds
• Reliable, professional and takes pride in their work
