Field Service Technician – Air Conditioning

About the role

We're seeking multiple skilled and motivated Field Service Technicians to join our dynamic service team. You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across metro and regional client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, reactive service calls and carry out quoted works.

• Diagnose and repair faults across a range of HVAC systems

• Ensure compliance with safety and licensing standards

• Liaise with clients and internal teams to deliver timely, professional service

• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation through simPRO.

About you

• Formal qualification in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III or IV

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an air conditioning and refrigeration service technician

• ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

• A valid driver's licence

• A valid police clearance and working with children check

• Annual flu vaccination (required for aged care facilities)

• Ability to work autonomously

• Proven field experience in HVAC/R service and maintenance

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
