About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to shape and elevate Minetek’s marketing function while driving measurable business growth across our global portfolio of brands.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for developing a high-performing team, delivering impactful marketing initiatives, and ensuring every campaign contributes to qualified pipeline growth and commercial success. Working closely with Sales and Business Development, you’ll leverage CRM, data, and AI-enabled technologies to optimise performance, strengthen customer engagement, and support the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a commercially focused marketing team by setting clear priorities, allocating resources, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Delivering integrated B2B marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and achieve measurable commercial outcomes.
• Optimising CRM and marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot, to strengthen lead management, customer nurturing, reporting, and long-cycle pipeline performance.
• Leveraging data, AI-enabled technologies, and performance insights to improve decision-making, enhance marketing effectiveness, and increase team productivity.
• Collaborating with Sales, Business Development, and key stakeholders to align marketing strategies, support revenue growth, and ensure initiatives deliver against agreed business objectives.

About You:

• Extensive experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, or marketing performance.
• Demonstrated success in delivering measurable marketing outcomes, including lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.
• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot and marketing automation, with a solid understanding of CRM, lead nurturing, and campaign analytics.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to use data and insights to drive informed marketing decisions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and influence at all levels.
• A proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces innovation, including the use of AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness.
