Fencepro WA Pty Ltd. is a Perth-based fencing and landscaping business specialising primarily in commercial projects, with selected residential works where required. As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a skilled, reliable installer who wants to be part of building something long-term — not just another short-term job.

This role suits someone with solid hands-on experience who is motivated to grow into a leadership role over time.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role working across a range of fencing and landscaping-related projects, including:

• Garrison fencing

• Chainwire fencing

• Aluminium slat fencing

• Colorbond fencing

• Large automated sliding gates

• Precast concrete post & panel retaining walls

• Associated landscaping works

• Occasional retirement village renovation works (on behalf of builders)

Location & Travel

Fencepro WA Pty Ltd. is based in the Joondalup area, and a large portion of our work is located in the northern suburbs of Perth. While living locally is advantageous, it is not essential.

From time to time, projects may be located further away. Travel arrangements for distant jobs will be discussed in advance.

Skills & Experience

• Previous fencing experience highly desirable

• Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods

• Strong self-motivation and attention to detail

• Comfortable with manual outdoor work in all conditions

• Basic brick paving or landscaping skills highly regarded

• Confident using hand and power tools

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Current Australian driver’s licence

• Own reliable vehicle suitable for commercial use
  (must be capable of transporting tools and materials as required)

• Valid White Card

• Full working rights in Australia (no restrictions on hours or duration)

• Current Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Pay & Progression

• $35–$45 per hour + 12% super, based on experience and capability

• Casual to start, with structured pay reviews
