About the role
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Manufacturing Dispenser and Compounder to join our friendly production team. No prior experience? No problem — full training is provided.
Key responsibilities
Weigh and mix raw materials to make cosmetic and personal care products
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
Complete basic quality checks and production records
Clean and care for equipment and work areas
Follow GMP, safety, and work instructions
Meet daily production targets
About you
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Hardworking, reliable and punctual
Detail-focused and safety-minded
Able to follow written instructions and SOPs
Good communication and basic maths skills
Physically fit for standing and manual handling tasks, lifting up to 25kg
Willing to learn and work in a regulated environment
Manufacturing or GMP experience is highly regarded, but not essential
Reliable transportation
Available for unscheduled overtime to meet daily production schedule
