Purpose of the Role

The Brand and Marketing Coordinator is an execution-focused role at the centre of B&Co’s Brand & Growth strategy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Growth and working closely with a small team of outsourced specialist partners (Meta Ads, Google search and videography), the coordinator brings B&Co’s content, campaigns, partnerships and lead-nurture activity to life – turning the brand’s trusted reputation into measurable leads and loans. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys owning execution across the full marketing mix rather than specialising in just one channel.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Brand

• Manage a content engine across FAQ’s, blogs, video scripts, lead magnet flyers and campaign pages, including content optimised for search and AI visibility.
• Own and manage the social media content calendar and specialist broker profiling content.
• Coordinate video testimonials with the outsourced videographer.
• Support brand development and positioning work, including inputs to brand awareness and recall benchmarking.

Paid Media, Search & Website

• Support the outsourced Meta Ads agency with campaign briefs, creative assets and reporting across specialist ad-sets.
• Support the outsourced agency to deliver optimal website performance, campaign landing pages and local (Google Maps) search visibility.
• Coordinate the development of photography, video and web assets needed to support paid, organic and partnership campaigns.

Partnerships & Events

• Support new and existing referral partnerships with adjacent financial and property organisations and specialist broker opportunities.
• Coordinate event and activation support to elevate partnership engagement and referral opportunities.

Lead Nurture & Reporting

• Deliver a targeted approach to lead-nurture activity including the development of e-newsletters, market updates, blogs and CRM-triggered remarketing campaigns.
• Maintain effective CRM lead-nurture cycles and reporting.
• Track KPIs and lead volumes across content, Paid Ads, website forms and partnership channels, and report performance against Brand & Growth Plan targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-4 years’ experience in a Marketing, Brand or Communications coordinator/specialist roles.
• Hands-on experience across content creation, social media management and supporting paid digital campaigns.
• Exposure to SEO fundamentals, website CMS platforms and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) highly regarded.
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated organisations is highly regarded but not essential.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong writing and content skills, with the versatility to adapt tone and format across digital, social and print.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, partners and deadlines concurrently.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting to track performance and refine campaigns.
• A collaborative, hands-on operator who thrives in a lean, fast-moving marketing function working alongside outsourced specialists.
• A genuine client-first mindset that reflects B&Co’s brand and values.

Remuneration

A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate, commensurate with experience.
