Data Analyst

At HUB24, we're transforming the way financial services are delivered through technology, innovation and data. We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Strategy & Analytics team and help turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

What you will do 

• Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and business insights. 

• Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations that support decision-making across the business. 

• Gather, transform and validate data from a range of internal and external sources. 

• Use SQL, Python and analytics tools to automate reporting and improve efficiency. 

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical analytics solutions. 

• Collaborate with data engineering and development teams to deliver end-to-end analytics outcomes. 

• Support data quality, governance and data management practices. 

• Contribute to advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives where relevant. 

What you will bring 

• Qualifications in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline. 

• Experience in a data analytics, business intelligence or similar analytical role. 

• Strong SQL and Python skills. 

• Experience developing dashboards, reports and data visualisations. 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills. 

• Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

Highly regarded 

• Experience with Databricks and/or dbt. 

• Financial services or consulting experience. 

• Experience in customer, marketing, operations or process optimisation analytics.
