Located at 50 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000, L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele is a restaurant offering a range of food and beverage options in a vibrant dining setting. The restaurant is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee its day-to-day operations and become part of its team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.
• Supervising, training, and coordinating front-of-house staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Coordinating staff rosters, shift allocations, and daily staffing requirements.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and handling customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety, and applicable liquor licensing requirements.
• Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and coordinating with suppliers as required.
• Monitoring operational costs and assisting with budgeting, cost control, and restaurant performance.
• Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient communication and seamless restaurant operations.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service throughout the venue.
• Overseeing reservations, table service, and customer flow during service periods.
• Supporting promotional activities and initiatives aimed at improving the restaurant's performance and customer experience.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership, staff supervision, and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and stock control.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety, and applicable liquor licensing requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy restaurant environment and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professional presentation and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

• Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
• Salary: AUD $70,000 – $90,000 per annum
