Senior Business Analyst - Business Intelligence

About the role

Reporting to the Director - Financial Planning & Analysis, you'll develop and maintain business intelligence reporting, deliver KPI-driven insights, support financial modelling and forecasting, and partner with stakeholders to drive smarter business decisions.

How You'll Shine

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Oracle Fusion

• Deliver meaningful KPI reporting and business insights

• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis

• Partner with business stakeholders to improve reporting, processes, and data management

• Provide reporting expertise across financial systems and business intelligence platforms

• Support bonus plan calculations and related business analysis

• Drive continuous improvement through innovative reporting solutions
  

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Finance, Business Analysis, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline

• 5+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, or similar roles

• Advanced Tableau and/or Power BI reporting skills

• Strong Oracle Fusion and financial reporting experience

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
