Retail Stockroom Manager - Chadstone

Seed are currently recruiting for an experienced retail Stockroom Manager to maintain and manage the stock reserves of our Chadstone Flagship Store.

This role will support the Store Manager to drive sales and performance in order to meet all the key KPIs.

The Ideal Candidate

Strong organisational skills to ensure that the stockroom is organised and well laid out at all times so that store staff can access stock effectively in order to maximise sales on the shop floor.Ensure systems are in place to control revenue loss due to theft, poor administration, error and waste at store level (including the reserves for refill)Effectively assists the Store Manager to manage store rosters in order to deliver budgeted wage % and plan for fluctuations in trade and tasksMitigates loss to the company through effective stock management, administration and theft controls.The ability to prepare and process all relevant paperwork for incoming/outgoing stock deliveriesA capacity to conduct daily replenishment's of floor stock including styling and detailing to uphold our high visual merchandising standardsCustomer service skills required to assist and serve customers as needed
