Casual Bus Driver

Edinburgh College is seeking to employ a Bus Driver to join our friendly team of drivers in transporting our students to and from school and for sporting events and excursions. 

Edinburgh College is located in Lilydale and is a faith-based co-educational school from Early Learning through to Year 12.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing excellence in customer service, this role plays a vital part in safely operating the school bus to transport students to and from school, following all traffic laws and safety regulations; communicating effectively with parents, students and staff to address any transportation-related inquiries or concerns; and taking care of the bus in line with the school Bus Handbook. 

Application Requirements:

The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of VicRoad guidelines for bus operations, hold and maintain a valid heavy vehicle licence and hold and maintain a Working With Children Clearance (Employer).  The successful applicant will also be willing to provide a current Driver History Report.

Pay Range:

As per the Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2020 - commencing at $42.00/hour.
