MAINTENANCE PLANNERS - MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL

We are seeking experienced Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Planners for an immediate start in the Northern Territory, on a fly-in, fly-out basis from Darwin.

These roles will suit maintenance professionals with strong planning experience in mining, heavy industry, processing or similar asset-intensive environments. You will be responsible for developing high-quality, executable maintenance work packages and supporting efficient delivery of planned maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance work schedules and job packages.

• Scope to identify labour, materials, tooling, equipment and specialist contractor requirements.

• Develop job steps, estimated durations and required resources.

• Ensure parts and materials are identified and available prior to execution.

• Work closely with Maintenance, Operations, Reliability and Supply teams.

• Ownership of backlog management and maintenance scheduling readiness.

• Maintain accurate maintenance master data and work order information in SAP.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Maintenance Planner in a mechanical or electrical discipline.

• Strong SAP maintenance planning experience is essential.

• Previous experience within mining, minerals processing, heavy industry or a similar environment is highly regarded.

• Good understanding of preventative and corrective maintenance practices.

• Ability to develop clear, detailed and executable work packages.

• Ability to work effectively within a site-based maintenance team.

• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, and meet site fitness-for-work requirements.

• Available for an immediate or short notice start.
