Sales Executive

Position Summary:

• Rise with us and identify and secure new group & catering opportunities

• Work with other operational disciplines to secure conferences, meetings and events 

• Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements, focusing on attention to detail 

• Plan and conduct high end site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion and providing guests with everything they need

• Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty and overall wellbeing by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experience

• Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings

• Act as a wellbeing ambassador and promote awareness for The Westin brand

About You:

• Relevant experience in a similar role
