About the role:

healthSAVE Lowood Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive community pharmacy that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and healthcare advice to the local community.

We are seeking a permanent part-time or team member who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing outstanding customer service

• Assisting customers with front-of-shop sales and enquiries

• Replenishing and merchandising stock

• Assisting with pharmacy promotions and catalogue displays

• Operating the register and processing sales

• Supporting pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team with day-to-day operations

• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming store environment

Skills and experience:

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Be reliable, enthusiastic and well presented

• Enjoy working as part of a team

• Be willing to learn and take initiative

• Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Previous pharmacy or retail experience is desirable but not essential
