Belouis Investment Group is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our high-performing outbound team.

This isn't your typical call centre role.

You'll be speaking with existing clients from our database- no cold calling- helping to rebook appointments and supporting Australians on their journey towards mortgage reduction and wealth creation.

Your Role

As part of our Outbound Rescheduling Team, you'll help keep our consultants' calendars full by speaking with existing clients and coordinating appointments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contacting clients from our existing database

• Rebooking and confirming appointments

• Building rapport and maintaining professional conversations

• Managing consultant calendars

• Updating client information accurately

• Working towards individual and team KPIs

What We're Looking For / Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 2 years' call centre experience (preferred)

• Previous outbound sales or appointment setting experience

• Previous experience working in finance or a sound understanding of:

            Mortgages

            Home lending

            Mortgage reduction strategies

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

• Strong computer and administrative skills

• High attention to detail

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• The ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
