About The Role

As part of our in-store team, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the ongoing success of our established retail locations.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly, positive attitude

• Providing expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations

• Operating the POS system and processing transactions accurately

• Merchandising and restocking to maintain a high visual standard

• Ensuring cleanliness and presentation across the store

• Supporting your team to meet sales targets and KPIs
