The Role
Graduate Recruitment Consultant

You will:

• Learn end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing through to placement
• Build relationships with candidates and clients, guided by senior leadership
• Support the growth of Fortuna's recruitment division as it scales across Western Australia and nationally
• Tap into warm internal referral opportunities generated through the wider Fortuna Advisory Group to help build your desk from day one

Who We Are Looking For

• Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years' experience
