Process Worker - Night Shift 1AM start

• Mon - Thurs roster - get a long weekend every weekend!
• Canning Vale location with secure parking & excellent facilities
• Must be available to work Night Shift - starting at 1am

Our focus on quality and exceeding our customer's needs mean that as a business we are continuously growing and currently have a a great opportunity to join our friendly High Care Kitchen team on Night Shift. 
 
About the Role

• Cutting meat & vegetable ingredients to specification for processing, measuring, mixing and cooking.
• Handling food products appropriately and within strict hygiene standards
• Reading and understanding recipes
• Operating machinery including ensuring that weights and quality standards of products are being achieved
• Cooking and operating the Combi oven
• Cleaning of work areas, machinery and equipment
• Lift/push/pull up to 15kg
• Working in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines

Our amazing production facility is temperature controlled around 4 to 8 degrees.

We are ideally looking for someone who has experience with the following:

• Have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Experience with food preparation, cutting and mixing
• Good knife skills and hand eye coordination
• Able to read and understand recipes
• Solid understanding of food hygiene compliance and practices
• Be an excellent team member with an energetic and flexible approach
• Be reliable and punctual
• Be physically fit and capable of working in a cold environment
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Must be available to work Night Shift - 1am starts
