The Role

As Store Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our store and be part of the team working closely with our mobile pool service coordinator to support our mobile team and senior management in areas such as marketing and business development.

 Key responsibilities include:

• Provide practical pool care advice, including water testing and product recommendations.

• Build long-term customer relationships and become a trusted local pool expert.

• Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance.

• Promote and support our mobile pool services to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Maintain a tidy, safe and welcoming environment for your customers.

• Inventory management including stock control and ordering.

About You:

You enjoy the responsibility of leadership and working in a close knit team. You enjoy helping customers, solving their problems and sharing your knowledge. You take pride in your achievements and running a successful small business.

You have previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager or you have other equivalent experience you feel equips you to take on this role.
