About the role:
This position is a Full-time, Fixed-Term role from 1 December 2025 to 31 March 2028.
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading business analysis activities within the Digital Health Projects unit, supporting the successful delivery of complex digital health initiatives under the Mental Health and Wellbeing Client Management System (MHWCMS). The role partners with internal and external stakeholders—including technical teams, and vendors—to elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned with departmental and sector-wide objectives. This position requires a dynamic, analytical, and stakeholder-focused individual who can operate autonomously, drive clarity in ambiguous environments, and deliver high-quality artefacts that underpin successful project outcomes. The Senior Business Analyst will champion best practice methodologies, foster collaborative relationships, and contribute to the continuous improvement of digital health delivery across Victoria.
