Marketing Coordinator | RebelHybrid

We're looking for an organised and energetic Marketing Coordinator to help bring our owned brand content to life through exciting retail campaigns and customer-first marketing initiatives.

About the Role 

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll play an integral role in coordinating end-to-end campaign activity. You'll work closely with Marketing, Creative, eCommerce, Merchandise, Retail Operations and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately on time and to the highest standard. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Coordinate and execute retail marketing campaigns across rebel's owned brand portfolio supporting promotional activity and seasonal campaign delivery 
• Manage campaign schedules, briefs, timelines and planning tools to keep projects on track 
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure seamless campaign execution 
• Conduct quality assurance checks across marketing assets and communications 
• Support stakeholder engagement and communications across the wider business 
• Assist with marketing initiatives, events and special projects as required

• Previous experience in a marketing, campaign or coordinator role 
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills 
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities 
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across a business 
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn 
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment 
• A passion for marketing, retail and delivering great customer experiences, for our particularly passionate customers
