**About us**Alfresco Emporium is a homewares, furniture and lifestyle destination with stores across NSW and QLD, plus our AE Interior Styling business. We are known for beautiful product, strong visual merchandising and a team that cares about getting the details right.**About the role**We are looking for a Marketing & E-commerce Coordinator to join our team at Brookvale, full time, five days per week. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with our E-commerce Manager, you will be involved in the day to day execution of our marketing and online activity.This is a hands-on role. One day you might be writing product descriptions and loading them into Shopify, the next you are packing down a photoshoot or building signage for a new collection launch. If you like variety and you like getting things done, you will enjoy it here.**What you will be doing**Supporting marketing campaigns and product launches across the website, social media and other channelsPlanning, creating, scheduling and publishing social content, including writing captionsMonitoring and responding to social comments and messagesManaging our AE Training content so store teams stay across new products, collections and campaignsAssisting with Shopify product uploads and updates, including descriptions, cross-selling, tagging and merchandisingManaging out of stock and archived products, including republishing when stock returnsKeeping the Alfresco Emporium and AE Interior Styling websites current, including finding and fixing broken linksAssisting with website content, style guides and blogsSupporting store marketing, including furniture price tags, collection signage, posters and pricing updatesHelping out with in-store events, promotions and launchesManaging incoming media and influencer requests, including product loans and tracking returnsHelping identify and liaise with influencers for campaigns and collaborationsCreating and maintaining Pinterest boardsPreparing for photoshoots, including run sheets, product lists and social capture listsAssisting on set at product and campaign shoots, including setup and pack-down**What we are looking for****One to three years**' experience in marketing, e-commerce or a similar roleStrong writing and copywriting skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAble to juggle multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ballComfortable working across both marketing and e-commerceSomeone who will pitch in and support the wider teamExperience with Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest**Nice to have, but not essential**Shopify or similar e-commerce experienceBasic design skills in Adobe Creative Suite or CanvaExperience with CapCut or similar video editing toolsRetail, lifestyle, homewares or consumer brand experience**How to apply**Hit apply and send through your CV and a short cover letter telling us why this role is for you.
