The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join us in delivering a range of infrastructure and applications projects for clients in the defence sector. Your focus will be on end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through to successful handover, ensuring alignment with governance, budget, and schedule requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with technical teams, business leaders, and external partners to deliver outcomes that support mission-critical operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading end-to-end project delivery of IT projects, from initiation to implementation and transition to BAU

• Developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting

• Leading and motivating cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and cohesion.

• Ensuring delivery aligns with the client’s strategic objectives and compliance needs

• Maintaining clear and transparent communication with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors

• Ensuring all project documentation, reporting, and compliance obligations are completed to a high standard

• Driving collaboration and problem-solving in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years Senior Project Management experience and a proven ability to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget. You will also bring the following skills and expertise:

• Proven experience delivering both infrastructure and applications/digital transformation projects

• Previous experience working in high-compliance environments such as Defence, Government, or similar

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional project teams

• Expertise in project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

• Ability to proactively identify and manage project risks

• Adept at implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for project deliverables
