As our practice is expanding an exciting opportunity is now available for a Dental Assistant to join our modern dental practice located in the heart of Pakington Street, Geelong West.

You will be supporting a dentist with over 19 years of experience in Geelong, dedicated to providing outstanding care to the local community.

About You

• Exceptional customer service skills: You consistently deliver a warm, empathetic, and professional experience to patients and colleagues.

• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential).

• A friendly, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn, contribute, and grow within the team and practice.

• A focus on punctuality and reliability, ensuring the smooth operation of the practice.

Tasks & responsibilities 

• Provide excellent chair-side assistance during clinical procedures.

• Prepare, maintain, and manage the surgery for daily operations and treatments.

• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment, adhering to infection control standards.

• Assist with the coordination of laboratory work, including case tracking and communication with labs.

• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment to ensure efficiency and safety.
