Reception/Customer Service

We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Reception/Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

This diverse role combines reception, administration and customer engagement. You'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, support our Sales & Service Department with a range of administrative tasks, and proactively connect with customers to ensure they receive an exceptional ownership experience.

 Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.

• Answer and direct incoming telephone enquiries.

• Conduct customer follow-up calls for both Sales and Service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Contact customers when their vehicles are due for servicing and schedule appointments via phone, SMS and email.

• Process service entries and maintain accurate records.

• File and maintain repair orders.

• Update and maintain the customer database.

• Provide support to Main Reception by assisting with incoming calls during busy periods.

• Provide reception cover when required.

• Perform general administrative duties as required

• Ensure customer lounge is stocked, clean and maintained

Requirements of the position

• At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role

• Experience in the automotive industry or with luxury brands preferred.

• Professional corporate presentation

• A confident phone manner and well developed communication skills 

• Excellent written communication skills

• Ability to self-manage your own work and multitask

• Able to work with minimal supervision

• Experience operating a multi-line switchboard

• Microsoft Excel experience essential

• Pentana/ERA Power preferred

• Permanent Australian residency
