About the Role

JBS Pork Australia - Farming Team is currently recruiting an Electrician to support the team at our Corowa site.

This full-time position is responsible for providing an efficient and effective repair and maintenance service for Company facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general electrical maintenance.
• Undertake on-site maintenance, equipment installation and breakdown repairs.
• Complete daily work routines, jobs and project work in accordance with Company needs and priorities.
• Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and proper working condition.
• Assist in the training of other employees / apprentices.
• Ensure annual objectives are regularly reviewed and met.
• Contribute to key business activities (as required).
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, processes and work instructions at all times.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Skills & Experience

• Electrical trade qualifications.
• A sound understanding of electrical maintenance practices.
• A demonstrated ability in diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults.
• A working knowledge of maintenance procedures.
• Sound communication skills, initiative and strong attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills.
• A preparedness to work flexible hours.
• Basic computer skills.
