HR Truck Driver / Cabinetmaking Labourer

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our team in a varied role combining truck driving, deliveries, workshop labouring and some basic machine operation.

The role will involve delivering kitchens and cabinetry throughout Bendigo and surrounding areas, as well as assisting our cabinetmakers and manufacturing team in the workshop.

This role will include:

• Driving our HR truck to deliver kitchens, cabinetry and materials to job sites

• Loading and unloading trucks safely

• Assisting with general cabinetmaking and workshop duties

• Helping with machine operation

• Wrapping and preparing packs of cabinetry and product for delivery

• Moving materials and cabinetry around the workshop

• Keeping the workshop and work areas clean and organised

• Assisting the team wherever needed

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is a team player. You’ll need to be physically fit, comfortable with manual work and happy to get stuck in and help wherever needed. A good work ethic and willingness to learn are also important.

• Current HR Truck Licence – essential

• White Card – essential

• Working With Children Check – essential

• Forklift Licence – highly desired

• Previous experience in a workshop, manufacturing or trade environment would be an advantage.
