The Hotel Windsor is home to two renowned Food & Beverage establishments - One Eleven, and Cricketer’s Bar as well as numerous beautifully designed event spaces. The pastry team caters for all kinds of services from afternoon tea in One Eleven to wedding receptions in the Grand Ballroom.

The Opportunity  

Our beautiful hotel is looking for a Pastry Commis Chef to join the team on a Part-Time Basis. We are seeking talented and driven individuals who are eager to develop their skills in a culinary environment. Someone who has a creative-edge, dedication and an overall passion for the industry.

Our successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
• Sound culinary/pastry knowledge.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
• A team player with strong planning and organisational skills.
• Knowledge and ability to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Flexibility, as the roster includes weekends and public holidays.
