About the role
Dental United Group is an Australian leader, specialising in tailored sales, maintenance and repair solutions catering to the Dental Industry. We pride ourselves in proactive maintenance programs and swift-response emergency breakdown repairs. We work on a diverse range of equipment such as dental treatment centres, suction motors, compressors, autoclaves, x-ray’s and much more.
Our team is growing, and we are currently looking for a full-time Field Service Technician to join our Melbourne Team.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an individual with customer focus, efficiency, accuracy and strong multi-tasking attributes. Whether on-site or in our workshop, you will need to be a hands-on, autonomous worker who leads by example with high-quality work ethics and self-motivation. Diagnostics and problem-solving skills are a must and you will need to ensure all work in your area is completed safely, efficiently and to required Standards and manufacturers specifications.
Good time management and communication skills are paramount.
Your success will hinge upon the skills specified, your ability to be a Team player, and to be able to work with remote supervision, as required.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Experience as a Service Technician in the autoclave, washing/dishwasher industries is advantageous;
A mechanical background, with electrical license/experience is also an advantage;
A background of diagnostics, problem solving and attention to detail crucial;
Be able to take ownership & use initiative in all work provided;
Happy to work in role that can be physically demanding at times;
Valid / Current Driver’s License;
Unrestricted working rights within Australia.
