As we continue to grow we are looking for a full time Finance Assistant to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is organised and detail-focused, and wants to be part of a friendly, fast-moving business. You'll support the finance team across a range of day-to-day accounting and administration tasks and play an important role in keeping our financial processes running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Entering and reconciling invoices and payments

• Assisting with bank and account reconciliations

• Processing and checking supplier invoices

• Assisting with customer payments and account queries

• Supporting month-end reporting and financial processes

• Maintaining accurate financial records

• Providing general administrative support to the Finance team

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is:

• Organised and highly detail-oriented

• Confident working with numbers and financial information

• Reliable and able to manage priorities

• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team

• A good communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions

• Proficient in Excel and experienced with accounting software and Netsuite

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts role is preferred

• A relevant accounting or finance qualification, or working towards one, would be an advantage
