About the Role

We are seeking Geotechnical Driller and Drilling Offsiders to join our growing drilling team. This role involves geotechnical and environmental drilling works across a range of infrastructure, mining, and civil projects.

You’ll be working with modern drilling equipment, a supportive crew, and a company that values safety, quality, and getting the job done right.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate geotechnical drilling rigs

• Perform drilling in soil, rock, and alluvial ground

• Install monitoring bores, piezometers, and instrumentation

• Carry out sampling (SPT, U Tube etc.)

• Maintain drilling equipment and ensure safe operation

• Complete site paperwork and liaise with supervisors/engineers

• Comply with WHS, environmental, and client requirements

What We’re Looking For

• HR or MR Licence (preferred)

• White Card (essential)

• Ability to occasionally work away from home and travel as required

• Strong safety focus and good work ethic

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Physically fit

• Reliable - Monday to Friday with some weekend work

Highly Regarded

• Cert 3 & 4 in Drilling Operations

• Experience with auger, air and rotary mud/washbore, or diamond coring

• First Aid, Forklift and RIW

• Experience on Tier 1 or Tier 2 civil projects
