Electrician

Kaefer Integrated Services Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled, proactive Electrician to join our team in Moranbah, Queensland, on a 4/3 roster.

This position offers meals and accommodation while on site, with consistent hours and the opportunity to contribute to safe, efficient, high‑quality electrical work across our operations. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, site procedures, and Kaefer’s safety expectations.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

• 4 days on / 3 days off roster – day shift only

• Consistent hours: 3 × 12‑hour days (6am start) and a 10‑hour day on day 4 to travel home

• Camp accommodation in Moranbah (15 mins from site)

• Travel arrangements provided, including daily transport from camp to site and shared company car travel available from Mackay

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completing electrical installations, maintenance, repairs, and inspections across site facilities and equipment

• Ensuring all electrical work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation

• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and work instructions

• Identifying faults, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions

• Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and compliance reporting

• Communicating effectively with supervisors, team members, and stakeholders to support smooth work coordination

• Contributing to continuous improvement of electrical processes and safe work practices

ABOUT YOU

• Qualified, motivated Electrician with strong technical capability and a commitment to safe, high‑quality work

• Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets, Standard 11 Mining Induction

• Coal Board Medical

• Thorough knowledge of electrical standards, regulations, and best practices

• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required
