Tier One Industries is seeking diligent and professional Security Officers to join our team!

About the Role:

As a Security Officer at Tier One Industries, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons, clients, and the general public. Duties include:

• Monitor and manage crowd behaviour
• Enforce compliance of responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations
• Responding to incidents promptly and professionally
• Writing detailed and accurate incident reports
• Delivering high levels of customer service

Role Requirements:

• Valid Security Licence Class 1A
• Valid Provide First Aid Certificate
• Valid RSA Competency Card (for crowd control roles)
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Availability to work weekends, mainly afternoons/nights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Represent the security team with professionalism and courtesy when interacting with patrons.
