About the Role

Bolts Nuts Screws, a leading provider of fastening solutions, is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service / Warehouse Assistant to join its dynamic team in Coomera, Queensland. This full-time role is based at the Gold Coast City Marina and offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Previous Experience in the fastener Industry is essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, responding to queries and addressing customer needs in a timely manner.

• Assist with the processing and management of incoming and outgoing goods, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching orders

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management tasks

• Ensure the warehouse and work areas are kept clean, safe and organised

• Support the wider team with various administrative and operational duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in the fastener industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

• A valid forklift licence would be highly regarded but not a deal breaker.
