About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the Coach brand, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every customer. You will contribute to achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the Coach brand and values.
• Build strong customer relationships through personalised service and product knowledge.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist customers with styling and product recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support stock management activities, including replenishment and inventory control.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, luxury, or customer service environments.
• A proven track record in achieving sales goals and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
• Passion for luxury fashion and retail trends.
• Excellent presentation and attention to detail.
• Structured and set full-time roster (37.5 hours per week)
