Following a successful opening at Delmonte — a new Italian wine room and restaurant in Carlton - we are looking for experience FOH staff to join the team.

Front of House Team – Delmonte (Italian Wine Room and Restaurant)

Delmonte is a new Italian wine room and restaurant opening within the King & Godfree building, on the corner of Lygon and Faraday Street, in the heart of Carlton.

Part of a broader precinct alongside Garfield Pizzeria, Johnny’s Green Room and Pidapipo, Delmonte is a wine-led neighbourhood venue built around seasonal food, a strong wine offering and a service style that is confident, well-timed and consistent.

We are building a professional front-of-house team across all levels. This is a structured, fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters — but where the room also needs to feel warm, energetic and easy to be in.

All roles are casual, with strong, consistent hours available for the right candidates.

Delmonte is designed for repeat trade and consistent service — requiring a team that can deliver at pace, guide guests with confidence and keep the experience flowing from start to finish.

We are hiring across:

- Section Waiters 

- Bar Staff 

This is a hands-on floor — everyone contributes, and everyone plays a role in how the service feels.

What You’ll Be Part Of

- Launching a new Italian wine room and restaurant within the King & Godfree precinct 

- Being part of a venue with a strong focus on food, wine and guest experience 

- Delivering service that is polished, warm and well-timed 

- Working within a team that moves with purpose and communicates clearly 

- Helping build a venue guests connect with and return to regularly 

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in quality, fast-paced hospitality environments 

- Strong service standards and attention to detail 

- Confidence on the floor and in guest interaction 

- Ability to read a table and deliver well-timed service 

- A genuine interest in food, wine and hospitality
