CNC Machine Operator

AVS Windows and Doors is a locally owned Australian Company that has been in the business of manufacturing Windows and Doors for close on 20 years.

We aim at providing a comprehensive range of products to suit all residential and commercial projects. We specialise in projects large and small and those requiring made to measure windows, doors and security screens.

We are currently seeking to employ a Full time experienced CNC Machine Operator for our Tuggerah Factory as part of a team to produce Aluminium Windows and Doors. Previous Manufacturing or Fabrication Experience is preferred but not essential as on the job training will be provided.

The position will be a permanent position, working a minimum 38 Hours per week, Monday to Friday.

This role would suit someone who is looking to join a Company with a great team environment and the ability to contribute to the ongoing success of a strong brand. We are particularly looking for someone with the following;

• experience as a CNC Machinist to operate our 2nd CNC Machine and work in our Preparation area.

• The ability to work as a team or independently without supervision,

• The ability to work with energy and enthusiasm,

• Have attention to detail,

• A proactive approach to problem solving,

• The aptitude to abide by and comply with the Business Policies and Procedures,

• The ability to comply with Occupation Health and safety requirements,

• The Willingness to learn new skills,

• The ability to respond to and follow directions and instructions from supervisors working in and as a team,

• A current Drivers License.

• The ability to pass a drug and Alcohol Test if required
