What you'll be doing:

• Leading hydraulic services design from concept through to completion
• Coordinating with architects, builders, and clients to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
• Ensuring projects meet industry standards, codes, and sustainability requirements

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years' experience in Hydraulic/Building Services design
• Degree qualified in Mechanical / Building Services / Hydraulic Engineering (or similar)
• Proven ability to deliver projects and manage client relationships
• Chartered (CPEng) or working towards is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
