About the role
All Saints Anglican School is seeking a Marketing and Community Projects Lead to develop and deliver priority marketing, publication and community engagement projects across the School.
About the Role
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Community Engagement, the Marketing and Community Projects Lead translates strategic and operational priorities into actionable plans within agreed timeframes. The role is focused on the operational delivery of projects that strengthen parent and community connections and helping build the partnerships and networks that open worlds of possibility for students.
The position coordinates contributors, creative resources, suppliers and digital platforms to deliver assigned work in accordance with established priorities, timelines and quality standards. Key areas of responsibility include major publications, community engagement, event marketing and communications.
The Marketing and Community Projects Lead is a full-time permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver marketing projects, publications and creative initiatives from planning through to completion, ensuring quality, accuracy and alignment with agreed standards.
Manage project workflows, including contributors, approvals, creative resources and external suppliers, to meet agreed timelines and objectives.
Support community engagement initiatives, including alumni, parent and stakeholder engagement, to strengthen relationships and participation across the School community.
Develop and deliver communications and engagement activities, including events, campaigns and initiatives that enhance community connection and advancement opportunities.
Coordinate marketing and communications for key School, Alumni and P&F events, including messaging, invitations, registrations and promotional collateral.
Create, edit and proofread high-quality communications across multiple channels, including websites, newsletters, email marketing and publications.
Maintain and improve digital communication platforms, CRM data, audience engagement processes and marketing systems to support effective communication and community engagement.
About You
Our ideal candidate will bring;
Relevant qualifications and/or experience in marketing, communications, community engagement, project coordination or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, delivering high-quality outcomes on time.
Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write, edit and proofread high-quality content for diverse audiences.
Well-developed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to build relationships and collaborate effectively across a range of groups.
Confidence using digital platforms, databases and content management systems; experience with Canva and CRM platforms is desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and availability to work agreed evening and weekend events.
Whilst not mandatory the following would be considered an advantage:
Experience managing major publications or other multi-contributor projects.
Experience in alumni relations, community engagement or working with committees, volunteers or parent groups.
Experience with CRM systems, databases, digital automation or customer journeys.
Familiarity with relevant marketing, content, event and community engagement platforms.
