Remuneration: $81,748.17 - $114,771.98 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide safe, timely and culturally appropriate care to patients presenting with a wide range of physical and mental health needs. You’ll use your clinical judgement to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care while working closely with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team.
Assess patient needs and deliver evidence-informed, person-centred nursing care
Develop, document and evaluate care plans, clinical progress and referrals
Communicate effectively with patients, carers and colleagues to coordinate quality care
Support the development of Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing and fellow Registered Nurses
Contribute to health planning, evidence-based practice, quality improvement and better ways of working

Essential Requirement:
Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Recent relevant experience in clinical setting as deemed appropriate by WSLHD
Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems
