About the Role:

Be part of a team that makes a difference when it matters most. 14B is a vibrant 28-bed specialty ward caring for patients across Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Rheumatology and Dermatology, supporting them through every stage of their journey from diagnosis and treatment to palliative and end-of-life care. No two days are the same, and every day provides an opportunity to positively impact the lives of patients and their families.

As the Clinical Development Nurse (CDN), you will be at the heart of growing and inspiring nursing excellence on the ward. You will mentor and support staff to identify learning needs, build confidence, develop clinical expertise and translate knowledge into exceptional patient care. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to shape the development of nurses, promote evidence-based practice and foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring our team continues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to some of our most complex and vulnerable patients.
