Senior Project and Support Manager

We’re Hiring: Senior Project & Support Manager | VitalHub | Melbourne, VICAre you an experienced Project Manager and customer-focused technology leader looking for an opportunity where you can make a real impact across healthcare?VitalHub is looking for a Senior Project & Support Manager to join our growing team in Melbourne.This is a unique opportunity to combine complex healthcare technology project delivery with customer support and service leadership. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional outcomes, from initial implementation and project delivery through to ongoing BAU support.
What you’ll be doingYou’ll take ownership of multiple healthcare technology projects, working closely with customers, internal teams and third-party partners to ensure successful delivery.You’ll also oversee BAU customer support, acting as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor for customers while helping drive improvements in service quality, processes and customer experience.We value a strong work life balance, as part of this role you will be working from home day to day, with domestic travel required from time to time.
Your responsibilities will include:🔹 Leading complex healthcare technology implementations🔹 Managing project scope, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and change🔹 Building strong relationships with customers and senior stakeholders🔹 Overseeing BAU support and service performance🔹 Coordinating project, support, development and integration teams🔹 Providing clear project governance, reporting and executive-level updates🔹 Driving continuous improvement across project and support processes🔹 Supporting the evolution of our PMO and future project and support functions🔹 Mentoring colleagues and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture
What we’re looking forWe’re looking for someone who combines strong project management expertise with exceptional customer and stakeholder management skills.You’ll ideally bring:✅ Proven experience delivering complex healthcare technology projects✅ Experience managing BAU customer support or service operations✅ PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification✅ An MSc in Project Management, Business Management, Healthcare Informatics or a related discipline✅ Strong experience across project governance, financial management, risk, change and resource management✅ Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills✅ The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment✅ A collaborative leadership style and the ambition to help shape a growing organisation
Desirable:Experience working with the In Touch with Health platform, including implementation, configuration, project delivery, customer engagement and operational support. Experience with NHS/private healthcare environments, software implementation, integrations, digital transformation, NetSuite or Ruddr would also be highly valued.
