Bimbi Early Learning and Kindergarten is seeking an experienced and passionate Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our growing team.

You will work as part of our experienced educator team to deliver high-quality education and care while contributing to a positive, nurturing learning environment for children. This role is ideal for an educator who is professional, collaborative, and passionate about early childhood education.

While this is not a Room Leader position, applicants must have some previous Room Leader experience or demonstrated experience leading a room and supporting other educators. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and future leadership within our service.

• Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

• Full-time availability across our operating hours of 6:30am–6:30pm.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.

• Previous Room Leader experience, or demonstrated experience leading a room, is essential.

• A strong and non-negotiable commitment to child safety, safeguarding practices, and ethical conduct at all times.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

• Demonstrates emotional maturity and sound professional judgement, particularly regarding child safety.

• Confident in supporting children with additional or high-support needs using positive behaviour guidance strategies.

• Passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.

• Demonstrates warmth, positivity, and a genuine heart for children.

• Support the delivery of a high-quality educational program aligned with the Service Philosophy, National Quality Standard, and the Early Years Learning Framework.

• Contribute to planning, documentation, and reflective practice to support children's learning and development.

• Create engaging learning environments that promote agency, choice, belonging, and inclusion.

• Build respectful and collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant learning environment at all times.

• Support fellow educators through collaboration, mentoring, and sharing of knowledge and experience.

• Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and reflective practice.
