The Job

As Digital Activation Senior Executive (Social) within Publicis Constellation AU, you execute and optimise paid social for Samsung Australia across the entire Samsung AU product portfolio (from Mobile/Galaxy to TV & AV and Digital Appliances), spanning Meta, TikTok, X and Reddit. In our dedicated Samsung operating model, you deploy Advantage+ and Smart+ campaigns, run disciplined creative testing by bucket, and support native lead forms and conversion-lift studies — modulating audiences and budgets across the Tease, Pre-order, Launch and Sustain phases through SocialAI.

Overall Responsibilities

• Execute and optimise paid social across Meta, TikTok, X and Reddit for Samsung AU.
• Run Advantage+/Smart+ campaigns and native lead forms (leveraging strong lead conversion in Tease).
• Support structured creative testing by bucket to feed algorithmic learning.
• Manage pacing, budgets and value rules under guidance via SocialAI.
• Support conversion-lift studies and Meta Advanced Analytics reads.
• Maintain QA, taxonomy, Hygiene Index and reporting; uphold TIM and governance.

Mindset & Skills

• Solid paid social skills across Meta/TikTok (X/Reddit a plus).
• Creative-testing and audience mindset (Advantage+/Smart+).
• Detail-focused, reliable and AI-curious (SocialAI).
• Proactive optimiser toward traffic and sales KPIs.
• Culturally aware.
• Good communicator of numbers-led performance.

Experience

• Paid social activation experience (Meta/TikTok).
• Advantage+/Smart+ and creative-testing exposure.
• Native lead forms and conversion-lift familiarity.
• Reporting and taxonomy experience.
• Interest in third-party social ad-management and optimisation platforms.
• Interest in the Australian social landscape.
