About the role
CabMaster Software is a market leader in providing design & manufacturing solutions for the cabinet making industry. We’re expanding into new territories, so we’re looking for a new addition to our customer support team.
This role is a fast-paced position in IT to support our customers in their day-to-day use of our software, both onsite and online.
Daily tasks as a team member of CabMaster Customer Support include:
Assisting our customers with their software questions
Receiving and making phone calls to customers
Running 1-on-1 training sessions with customers onsite and online
Logging software bugs for our development team
Liaising with management, accounts and sales teams
Our ideal candidate is either an IT graduate with an interest in building physical things, or a tradesperson with an interest in software/IT. Your application will be strengthened by the following skills:
Great critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Clear communication via phone and email
Can keep a cool demeanour and respectfully use de-escalation tactics
Outside-the-box thinking
Strong work ethic
