Café Supervisor

About the Role

• Permanent full-time position
• Day shifts only, with no split shifts
• Work in a supportive and dynamic team environment

As an Café Supervisor, you will:  

• Supervise, train, and support café staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure the café runs efficiently.
• Meet budget targets and manage tills accurately.
• Lead by example to foster a positive work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues quickly.
• Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.
• Manage stock and inventory levels effectively.

About You
We look for someone who has:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory/ management position in a similar fast-paced setting.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to tasks.
• Quick thinking with strong team leadership skills.
• A motivated team player eager to inspire and develop others.
• Ability to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the café.
